Hi,
I am trying to configure user permissions in FSM for "VIEW_ALL_PLANNING_BOARD_TECHNICIANS" on a user group for Crowd admins.
This documentation (https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_FIELD_SERVICE_MANAGEMENT/fsm_admin/org-structure.html?locale=en-US&q=VIEW_ALL_PLANNING_BOARD_TECHNICIANS) shows an example using orgLevels but we have no organization level structure in place.
The requirement is to filter on business partner, so the user logged in only see the technicians within the same business partner, but I am struggling to find a way with this query.
Is there any way to re-write the query to filter on other attributes than orgLevel or de we need to setup organization levels for each business partner in the system to re-use the example query?
Thanks

Hi Thomas,
try using planning scenarios where You can assign technicians / activities / business partners to certain regions and narrow the list down to ones within same region
