Custom PPF action in S/4 HANA Public Cloud TM

Hello,

from FO, we need to send an email to carrier with BOL attached as PDF. Is it possible in standard S/4 HANA Public cloud TM ?  or if custom PPF action is required, i cannot see any config path for defining custom PPF action.

I dont know what the below settings does ?
