Custom field transfer from ECC Material Master & Customer Master to APO

Hi Experts,

Is there any way to transfer a custom field from ECC - Material Master to APO, and a custom filed ECC - Customer Master to APO.

Is there any CIF exist is there to bring these custom fields to APO from ECC - Customer and Material master.
