Custom Code in Cloud TM

We are currently using Public Cloud Basic Transportation Management in our project. In addition to that, we want to incorporate some custom pricing calculations. Is there a specific area where we can write code in Cloud TM? We've attempted to search for this information but haven't found any guidance.
