CUA Migration approach

need a best approach for migrate the SAP CUA system

Current SAP version:

SAP NW 7.0 SP15 (CUA installed) and Non-Unicode server.

Current OS: windows 2008

Current DB: 2008 MS SQL

Target Plan

OS: 2019 windows

DB :2019 MS SQL

Target SAP version: SAP NetWeaver 7.5 latest SP level (Unicode) with existing CUA configuration.

Dependency:

Reference information from SAP. (Release planning for MS SQL server 2019)

Required min SAP NetWeaver SPS stack level for SQL 2019 is SAP NW 7.0 SPS 33

Note: Servers are hosted in AWS environment

Hi Durga

Three steps to upgrade the SAP instance from NW 7.0 to 7.5

1. On the existing SAP system SPS upgrade which supported Windows 2019 with MS Sql 2019.

2. From the system migration with new Windows 2019 with MS sql 2019

3. SAP release and SP upgrade from NW 7.0 to 7.5

If possible do it in the sandbox system upgrade and migration and then perform the same in the live landscapes.
