Has anyone used / implemented down binning with CTM?
I have set up rules and such; and its doing the substitution.
But not sure how useful this is in practice? How did you integrate/ interface the results with the ERP system and/or production?

Hi Ken Snyder,
We have implemented downbinning scenario with the CTM planning for one of the High-Tech industry.
It helps in inventory optmization by considering the receipts and stocks of the co-products to fulfil the requirements of the main prodcuts or vice versa.
For example and more help on how it works please find below link.

Hope this clarifies your doubts...
