Cross dock exception handling ..!

Hello experts,

Exception handling for cross-dock in not working as expected.

Outbound pick task confirmation with the difference is not adjusting my inbound delivery.

Please find below configuration for same.

Item type of the outbound delivery ODLV, assigned process code I002

CD indicator for the item type of the inbound delivery IDLV with process code as below.

Hi Jinoy,

You should set cross-Dock checkbox in above, since it is a cross-dock process. Is not it ? ( I believe Process code profile should be activate for Item Type IDLV )
