Credit Management in S4 - Credit cases UKM_CASE

Hi SAP Gurus,

We are using credit management in S4 HANA and in the T. Code UKM_CASE under the option "Documented credit decision" in the selection screen we need to add a field "Delivery date" so that we can search the cases for the sales orders according to the delivery date. How can this be managed? Any pointers regarding this would be appreciated.

I hope you might have achieved your requirement by now, if not then you just check UKMCASEATTR00 this structure and take help from Technical guy to explore.
