Our client is facing an issue where an already released sales order will re trigger for credit block once the ATP is run. Usually once the production is done after couple of days from the sales order creation date, shipping specialist checks the availability of the item in the sales order using track sales order app. During the ATP run, sales order re triggers for credit block.
This is in S4 Hana Public cloud 2502. Please let me know how we can avoid such behaviour? Unless in Private cloud, we cannot create a custom routine in the credit check rule of public cloud.
