Creation of Forwarding Settlement document in TM embedded S/4 1809

Hello Experts,

We are implementing TM Embedded with S/4 HANA 1809 Shipper scenario(Advanced Shipping functionality). We have a requirement where our client works as a Transportation Service provider as well. For this, we created forwarding document (with Sold-to as customer requested for goods movement) and Freight Agreement(between our sales Org and Sold-to). Need your valuable inputs on below issues.

While creating Forwarding Settlement document for the Forwarding Order, getting below pop-up asking to choose Business Partner. By clicking OK, it opens a blank screen like shown below(2nd screenshot). No use of clicking on button CONTINUE as well. By choosing different business partner, system creates FWSD. I assume, always FWSD created for Sold-to. Someone please explain the reason for this pop-up and this behaviour of system.

Let me know if someone faced this issue earlier/ Also provide your valuable inputs on this. Thanks for those able to help.
