Hi all,
I am seeking some clarifications in regards of the trigger for the creation of dispute cases in TM. The Help documentation mainly mentions about the creation of dispute cases via Enterprise Services and BNL. However, it is not clear whether we have the ability to either manually create the dispute cases or auto create the dispute cases when the invoice is posted manually with a difference.
Would appreciate if someone can clarify that. Cheers.
