My team and I are attempting to create freight a freight order(s) in the transportation cockpit of TM, however, when we select Optimizer Planning/All or with Selected Resources it displays the green message: alall planning-relevant transportation demands are fixed. All desired freight units are showing in the cockpit and appear to be unfixed in reality, the dates match the planning horizon, and the resources appear to be within date as well. We have tried a variety of methods to correct this, adjusting dates and times, etc...to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, screenshots below. We are on a very tight schedule, let us know asap 🙂

More often than not, “All planning-relevant transportation demands are fixed” (/SCMTMS/PLN_OPT_APP Nr. 306), appears due to planning profile, please ensure that the planning profile well encompasses Acceptable dates on both source and destination locations as well as loading and unloading times. (take time-zones into account!!).
Ensure resources also are available in the horizon. (in case of single resources, ensure they are not planned for any other FO at the time).
In case above points and also 1769077 doesn't yield a positive result, please create a case with SAP support.

Please make sure
1) your plannig profile is longer than your selection profile
2) If you have an order-based planning scenario please check the orders does not have deliveries. If you have a delivery-based plannig scenario please check the deliveries are not PGIed
