I have a task to create a new resolution base for charge calculation. In the latest version of the enhancement guide that I have (2017 version), adding the resolution base ends with the words "This is a draft Version! To be completed in the next version". A question for experts - is there a newer version of the enhancement guide? If there is no newer version, can you describe the process of creating a new resolution base? Are there extensions of the standard calculation bases to use the new resolution base?
