Create support message from dev, quality and production system authorisation

Hi all,

We want to restrict user to create support message from dev, quality and production system which will be created in Solomon System .

i tried using S_BCOS_BC Authorizatio object but still not working using this !!! All user are able to created support message still. S_BCOS_BC is not working !!!

Hello,

there is a table BCOS_CUST, where an entry for 'AUTHOR_CHECK' has to exist for activating the authority check for S_BCOS_BC. See also SAP note 621927, please (looks outdated, but I assume still some truth in it).
