Create "Totals" in SAP IBP Excel view

Is there a way to create a Grand Total KF in a planning view?

Hi,

yes- there are two ways to use totals. Either as a grand total to the time buckets per key figure and planning combination by using the Flexible Time Axis in the "Edit Planning View" --> Time Settings.

Or you use the attribute Totals on the Attributes tab and by switching the key figure in the layout tab to the top, you can get the grand total of the single key figures across all combinations.

Thanks , I've realized that I needed to change a global paramater (MAX_SUB_TOTALS) in order for that shape to appear on the Edit View section.
