Hi,
I would like to create deliveries with future stock. The process is as below
1) sales order is created for FERT materials. As stock is not available, schedule lines are not confirmed.
2) with MRP run, PR is created.
3) PO is created from PR.
4) BOP job is executed.
5) with BOP run, schedule line is confirmed with future stock.
I would like to create delivery a few days in advance, so that warehouse folks can plan the logistics activities. However, when I tried creating delivery, I was getting error "Only 0 ST of material XXXXX available".
Also, when i was checking SAP help, I saw below:

Hello @KC18
Deliveries in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud are made only from in-stock items. Even if aATP/Backorder Processing has confirmed future deliveries, the system always checks the current physical stock when creating a delivery.
You can use ATP/BOP for planning purposes, but the actual delivery document can only be generated once the goods are officially posted into inventory.
For SAP documentation references, there are three key features and KBAs, Product Availability Check for Deliveries considering stock and deliveries (not planned receipts), Backorder Processing (BOP) and Advanced ATP (aATP).

Unfortunately, that looks true - SAP Help Defining the Product Availability Check reads:
Deliveries
For all options of the Availability Check field (except the No PAC Check option), the product availability check for a delivery only considers stock and deliveries.
It means that ATP scope for outbound deliveries can't be customized to include e.g. production plan. In my opinion that is a big step back from ECC or S/4HANA private cloud/on-premise; it is an oversimplification of the ATP functionality. I wonder what the rationale behind that is.
@ChumaDavid What is the principle of the public cloud, you have mentioned? I don't see any principle here, just limited functionality.
Hi,
I assume ATP is active in your item category, correct? Please check it in transaction 0VLP.
Also, make sure the AvailCkOff field is left blank.
