Create cockpit profiles and layout sets available to all users

Hello friends,

I am wondering if anyone knows how to create a number of different tables/POWLs at the cockpit profile selection screen that will be maintained by an "admin" and be available to all users utilizing a particular cockpit view already created? I'll elaborate to make sure I have properly asked my question: when the cockpit is launched from NWBC, the profile selection screen appears, by default, my users see a specific view. Underneath in the table area, there are different predefined selections that must be available to all users to choose from. I know how to create the view that appears to everyone, but I do not know how to create all that predefined selections in the table area below to appear with that default view.
