We are getting this error when we are trying to access the EPM template in IBP.

Please can you also tell if the templates where the issue happen are making use of VBA Hooks?

Besides that, can you please also download the latest VBA Add-in from the following Note: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1790530

Download VBA_templates.zip from August 3rd, and then extract and place the SAP_IBP_Chart.xlam add-in from May 25th under the following path: %appdata%\Microsoft\AddIns (replacing the existing file).

If the issue still persists after checking on all above recommendations, you may perform a Full Office package re-installation as last attempt to fix the issue.

Did you check the system connected properly (HCI-DS or external call)?

Can you explain the scenario in detail?
