Using the new Copy Operator Profile app - is it possible to setup an operator to copy the last qtr into a yearly time level.

My desire is to take the last quarter's actuals and then place it into a stored KF at a yearly level. That stored KF will copy the values into each time bucket. Then I will dis-aggregate a stat forecast from a group level, down to SKU based on the ratios of the stored KF. I can configure to copy previous qtr to current qtr, but cannot figure out how to change the target KF to Year.

I did not come across this requirement and SAP not supported at this movement.

I would suggest raising an incident to the SAP support portal.
