Conversion of Planned orders to Process order C in APO

Presently we are running background jobs for conversion of planned orders to process order C in APO. We are facing major problem of conversion & major chunk is getting stucked in CCR as missing in R/3.

Our one observation is lot of time is required to process the queues of these orders.

Please provide the solution

In APO only the conversion indicator is set and that flag transferred to R/3. The actual conversion takes place in R/3 and master data is read, if batch determination is required it is carried out etc. This obviously takes a bit of time. This can be the reason for delay in processing of the process orders in R/3 and subsequent sending back the updated details to APO.

Check the Queue Type settings in CFC1. It should be set to Inbound (Outbound is by default) if large volume of data is to be transferred. See more details <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_scm50/helpdata/en/9b/954d3baf755b67e10000000a114084/frameset.htm">here</a>.

Dear somnath,

Thanks for your prompt reply. I checked the Queue Type settings & it is set to inbound.

Is it related to serialization or parallelization of queues? because if we try to send small quantum of data through CCR, then it is getting cleared, but practically it is not possible to clear the queues in small quantums
