I need to define the value of a control parameter using an input in the Message Event Profile of the EM Web UI: someone can give me information how can I do it?
In your rule set you then have to add activity PARAMETER_CHANGE_NEW. If all the needed parameter values are already provided in the event message (Type, Name, Value, Action, Index), none of the activity parameters is needed.
