Consumption report in EWM?

Hi EWM experts,

I am working with a customer that would like to pull consumption reports directly from EWM, but I cannot find a standard report that does this. Their exact requirements are

• Consumption Reports based on consumption history in base unit and purchase unit

• Consumption Reports based on purchase history in base unit and purchase unit

The best I could come up with was to show the ‘All movements for product’ report in the Warehouse Monitor and set the ‘WhseProcTpe’ filter to P220/P320 (Staging for Production), but that doesn’t clearly show what was consumed. Is there a standard report that shows this? If not, how can I go about generating a report with these details?

Any and all guidance is greatly appreciated!

Hello Hassan,

the Warehouse Management Monitor is a monitoring tool, not really for analytics.

You can of course do something like you proposed, but for proper analytics you either use the Business Warehouse, there is BI Content available (

Hi Juergen,

Thank you for your response. I was able to configure a report in EWM to pretty closely match what the customer was looking for. It looks like this type of report is already standard in ECC so that may be an option also.
