Consumption group not found

Hi Experts,

I am getting an error "Consumption group not found" whenever am trying to open the product in /sapapo/mat1 , I checked all the master data in ECC it looks fine

Also we have the consumption group was maintained for planning area level, budont know why we are getting this error,though I can load the data in planning book for the product.

When I checked in WUF I see there are some ATP orders, I tried to delete those but am getting time dump

Could you please check what configuration is misisng?
