Consumption from consignment stock with separate material documents

Hey guys,

greatful for any idea in regards to the following Scenario (we are using EWM as add-on to ERP):

- we are picking from 'C' (consignment) stock in EWM. For normal Outbound delivery ERP automatically creates two materail documents. One 411 movement (C to Own stock) seconds before it creates the 601 material document for the Outbound delivery. Question: Is there any customizing Controlling this step? As I could also imagine to post 601 C in one MD?

- now we have the same Scenario for production orders. Created production order in ERP which creates ID for the kits and OD for the components. We pick the components (also from C stock) based on the OD and send the confirmation back to ERP. Now in this case System creates one MD only with 261 C. Question: Does anyone know how to Control this? For this scenarion we would also like to have separate movements (first 411 to post from C to Own and then 261 to post consumption for production order).
