Connection to livecache failed

Hi Experts,

I'm new to livecache server, I'm using a IDES system ecc6 EHP5 + SCM7 EHP1 in a virtual machine, try to google to find a solution but didn't work out.

I face "Connection to livecache failed " error when I try to using APO transaction :

then I check in LC10, restart liveCache, although it started but with below error:

and the APO transaction still can't use, same "Connection to livecache failed " error, please guide me how to solve this issue, thanks!

Hello,

Please refer SAP KBA on it,

1586994 - Connection to live Cache failed

1899466 - -11 tp error: connect failed when connecting to liveCache

2522105 - liveCache connection fails: "cannot connect to server socket"
