We have implemented the functionality outlined in OSS Note 3158720 to freeze transport receipts within the transportation frozen horizon. Now we are looking for a way to show our suppliers what new requirements they can expect to receive from us without the demand that we have already converted into purchase orders.
It appears that we have two options. The first is to use attribute transformation to get the purchase order details, offset that by the lead time, and transform the data from the Product | Location | Ship-From level to the Product | Location | Ship-To level.
The second thing that we found was that there is a way to couple the minimum transport receipts to the minimum transport supply in the S&OP operator profile. Has anyone come across something similar for confirmed transports? Our biggest problem with the minimum transport receipt option is that it doesn't consider our frozen horizons so we are looking if there is similar functionality on for confirmed transport receipts.
