configure web view of "service call" in FSM

Hi everyone

i need your help.

Currently, when I open my view of “ServiceCall” from the field service management website, it looks as follows

But I need to see as follows (Picture 2):

Does anyone know how I can set it up to look like “picture 2”??

Hi Ruben,

Thank you very much for your posting. On your first screenshot you see the new modal user interface that was announced and introduced last year. This has also replaced the old user interface from your second screenshot since last Friday, 18 August 2023.

So the old user interface as shown in the second screenshot is no longer configurable/available, here you will find all the settings and information about this screen: Link
