Condition based freight order type determiantion

I want to have a dynamic determination of freight order based on shipping condition. Can any one please help with the right access defiantion and the fields.

Thank you for the quick reply , I maintained the same as per note 2535995 , however I am receiving errror

Action not processed successfully because of failed validations & consolidation value cant be changed requirement documents are assigned.

Please share how can i achieve this functionality.
