Compiling SAP Reorts to get Materials, Associated POs, Order Dates & More

Hi

Relatively new to SAP & looking to find / retrieve the following - No particular order:

• Full Bill of Material associated with either the top level material or BOM ID or PO
• All associated POs associated to top level material or BOM ID along with its vendors
• Shortage Report - Ordered vs. still needing
• Purchase Order (PO) actual Dates & planned item delivery dates
• Material actual delivery dates along with delivery notes - Damaged, short, etc.

I can get most of these through the various SAP Transaction Codes in individual or multiple reports then export into Excel where I can manipulate to desired formats. I'm not aware of SAP having capabilities do give all this in 1 single report "cleanly"

Biggest struggle I'm having is I don't know the code for actual delivery dates for BOM that may have 500 items.
