Hi Experts,
The committed and ordered quantity is not updated in warehouse after the activity is closed and time & journal entries are approved. We have used 1 material in service technician mobile app having quantity 2 as well as approved the same still the ordered quantity is not updated. Kindly assist.

This is not done by FSM itself, but by the ERP that's connected. Usually these numbers change when material movement is booked, for example due to a delivery document.
So it depends on the integration and what happens in the ERP.
