Combining two availability check methods in AATP

Hi All,

Is it possible to combine Alternative based confirmation with  Supply creation-based confirmation in AATP? Say if a material is not available in a location then system will search in alternative locations ( location substitution). If it can not fulfill from alternative locations , then it should plan production and then confirm the order ( like CTP of GATP)

I guess, it should be possible to combine ABC and SCBC in AATP in SAP S/4HANA. If a material is unavailable, the system uses ABC to find alternative locations. If unsuccessful, it plans production using SCBC, similar to CTP in GATP. This combination enhances order fulfillment flexibility and efficiency. However, careful planning and understanding of business processes are needed for configuration
