We have a requirement where we need to combine picking warehouse tasks when picked from bulk (full pallet)& rack storage (partial pallet) & put into one 1 pick-HU. For example we have 2 deliveries having 2 different Products i.e delivery 1 with SKU A - 30 pc & SKU B - 20 pc ; delivery 2 with SKU B - 30 pc. Full Pallet qty is 20pc . Hence business requirement is
1 Full Pallet will be picked from Bulk storage for SKU A;1 Full pallet will be picked from bulk storage for SKU B
1 full pallet containing 10 pcs of SKU A from ODO 1 + 10 pcs of SKU B from ODO 2 will be picked from rack storage (Mixed Pallet/Delivery allowed).In this case new HU to be generated for 3rd Pallet
Can we achieve this requirement by activating consolidation group in outbound process& packing consolidation option?
