In the Collection Worklist (tcode UDM_SUPERVISOR) > Process Receivables, it's possible to attach emails.
Today, every collection manager sends many emails every day and the storage takes around 3-4 minutes per email. This is time consuming.
1) Is there a way to automate the storage of emails?
When you attach the first email, you also need to create a Customer Contact.
2) Is there a way to automate also the creation of the Customer Contact (with default values for Contact Type, Result, Contact Person, etc)?
