Collection Specialist Udm_Specialist Notes table

Hi everybody,

Can anyone please tell me in which table Collection Specialist "Notes" are stored, that are entered while exiting the Process Receivables of a Customer in Udm_Specialist? Or if there is any other way to see the comments in those Notes later.

Just to be clear, attaching the highlighted screenshot of the field that I am referring to.

So above if I have entered Specialist Notes highlighted in red, while saving the changes made to Customer Process Receivables, where I can review these later?

Hi

these are the special notes to track contact information by collection teams. you can find all the information under Notes.

Thanks for the reply.I am in Tcode Udm_Specialist but for some reason I can't see the "Notes" tab next to "Resubmission" Tab as shown below:

Is there some kind of layout setting that needs to be checked to see the Notes tab here?

Ok got it...Notes are present in Customer Contact tab.
