Collection management issue UDM_SUPERVISOR

Hi Experts,

I have a issue with collection management work lists

for one particular customer since it has open items with due appears in FBL5N

But in UDM_SUPERVISOR the open items are not showing

Please help me out on it.

Please check UDM_STRATEGY. Select the relevant strategy and run the simulation to make sure there is a valuation.
