Hello,

I see there is 'Attachments section in the collaboration portal for Freight Order management.

Is this the facility for the Carrier to add an attachment in the portal itself? or Will it show the documents that are attached in the Freight Order which are sent to portal?

Hello Goutham,

Yes, it's possible for the carrier to add an attachment in the Collaboration Portal. Depending on which functionality you use in the Collaboration Portal the attachment will be visible in different business documents, for example: Freight Orders and Dispute documents.
