Hi,

Due to material price difference, we have many intercompany supplier invoices with errors.

My first question is how I can quickly find these PO and SO with this error. I can't select by error message. So, I did a list like the below spreadsheet using my eyes.

The second question is If I want to fix it, I need to check the intercompany PO and SO price, then decide it's PO price wrong or SO price wrong. But I can't find it in bulk. I have to go to each initial document to check the related SO number and PO number. It's very unfriendly. I tried to find some CDS views containing this info. But I failed.

Hi Christy_2,

If you click the Adapt Filters, you can add the Process Type filter and pick Advanced Intercompany for example.

From there you should be able to use the Export button to download the data.

I hope this helps

Thank you

Jerry

Hi Christy_2

I now understand you want to download the document itself and all the follow on documents (Delivery, Billing, Material movement, etc ) - is this correct?

I think think is not possible from this app. However, you can click the right arrow on the line of the document you can drill down to all the subsequent documents. In that view, you can observe which ones have the errors and then process them directly.

Alternatively, you can click on the document number itself and configure the link list to drive into the associate app.

Could you help us understand what you want to do by downloading the document and all the subsequent docs? and what would be the expected format? (PDF?)

For example, if I look in my list, for the first doc (sales order), I see 12 follow on documents.

What would you do with those 13 docs after you download them? I would expect you would need to go back into the system to actually reprocess / correct them.

With this in mind, the designers likely thought you would want to handle the list directly in the system.

But if you could comment with your workflow / use case, perhaps someone else here would have another idea.

I could imagine you could investigate developer or side by side extensibility (a side by side custom application for example) to facilitate downloading the docs via public api, but that would be a development effort from your side.

Thank you

Jerry
