Background condition: Production orders are created once a month, and partial material releases are made according to the weekly plan each time. The production department fills in the specific weekly material issuance quantity on the system, and the warehouse department posts it.
Plan: Divide the permissions of the production department based on different apps. The production department uses the APP "Post Shipment" to fill out the document and select "Hold" (the "Post" button is hidden). The warehouse department uses the app 'Post Goods Movement' to locate the already held documents and 'Post' them.
Problem encountered: The "hold" document created by the production department cannot be found by the warehouse department in the system. Or is there any other better solution.
