Hi,

Good day!

May I ask if there is an API which has values ChangeDocPreviousFieldValue and ChangeDocNewFieldValue to get the changes in material since the CDS is currently not available in S/4 HANA Public Cloud.

I saw an API reference A_ChangeRecordHistory, is this an API for material changes? same as the one being displayed in (MM04)?

Hi @_JohnL_ 

An API / CDS view for Change Documents ( tables CDHDR , CDPOS ) is not available.

The CDS views I_CHANGEDOCUMENT / I_ChangeDocumentItem are unreleased also

the Entity A_ChangeRecordHistory belongs to the API API_CHANGERECORDHISTORY

This api deals with Change Numbers / Change Records which is used for updating BOM's and Routings

and is different from "Change Documents"

I know Development are aware of the request for a CDS view for Change Documents but i don't know 

when a planned release date / version is planned for when it will be available
