Club 2 WTs under 1 WO in case of put away

Hi,

1-Created IBD with 3 materials and system must assign these 3- WTS to 2 WOCR- It is Successful.

2- System has created 3 WTS and 3 WOS with inbound queues

Expectation: The system must club WT1, WT2 under 1st WO and WT3 under 2nd WO so that it will be executed in RF referring the WO.
Could you please let me know how I can club these 2 WTS automatically under 1 WO in case of putaway ? Thank you!

Hi ,

Can you please check the consolidation group of the material is different , also please check have maintained any limits like maximum 1 WT per WO.

for testing consolidation issue you can do one thing from the monitor remove the WO from WT & then click on Merge Option system will ask for WOCR then give the WOCR if system is still splitting it into 2 WO's then share the WO LOG here.

Hi,

If you want system to combine/split WTs into WO based on certain specific criterion, you can use warehouse order creation rules. In your case you can maintain max no of WTs as 2 in the Limit of a warehouse order creation rule.

Just determine the WOCR based on activity area and activity combination, it should solve your requirement.
