Clear negative WM Stocks from LX02.

We issued off materials that didn't previously have a location in WM. This has created some negative quantity Values in WM that we would like to clear. Please advise the best way to clear these?

Storage type - 911 and 922

When the stock had been issued from the warehouse it had be picked physically for warehouse bins. That fact had not been registered in the system. Hence the negative quants in the interim storage types. Now you have more stock in warehouse bin in the system, than you do physically. To clear the negative quants you need to move the stock from warehouse bins to the interim storage types. In other words now you need to register in the system what had been executed physically during the issue.

You can create transfer orders in LT01 to move the stock to the interim storage types.

It looks like you are missing one more TO to 922 TR-ZONE to clear that negative quant of -1 KIT.

If you move to 922 TR-ZONE 1 KIT of the same material, the same batch, the same stock type as the negative quant, then the negative quant will be cleared. It just how the system works. If you want me to help you, you need to give me more details, all the details possible. "not working" is not good enough.
