It was observed that during plan area activation after IBP 2211 upgrade there are new warning messages in the activation log: "Time attr PERIODID1 can’t be aggregated from time attr PERIODID4 on planning level CALWKPRODLOC".
Please help us to understand if any action requires to overcome this warning message from our end.

This is a new warning introduced in 2211, per the Help portal "What's New in 2211": https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_INTEGRATED_BUSINESS_PLANNING/93d9f394096f44cd8aabbeaa2a44a0db/1ef264ce...

What this warning means is that any key figure based at the referenced planning level (i.e. CALWKPRODLOC) can not be aggregated to any higher level in the time dimension in Excel add-in. In this example, PERIODID4 maps to the Calendar Week, and PERIODID1 would be the Year level. This is because the Calendar Week time level does not have a mapping to Month, Quarter and Year time levels. This is depicted in the chart at the top of this Help portal page: https://help.sap.com/viewer/bf99e931b8d44aafb4e306ec3602cbdd/latest/en-US/92ee1055fa36733ce10000000a...

There isn't any way to avoid this warning as long as you have any key figures based at a planning level that is based at the Calendar Week in the time dimension. If you want to view any such key figure at a higher time level than Calendar Week, you will have to change its base planning level to Week (Technical) or Day. However, that would have been the case prior to the 2211 upgrade.

To be 100% clear, the issue is not that there is a key figure based at Calendar Week that can't be displayed at higher time levels, it is that for the referenced planning level, the Cal Week level is selected as root (i.e. PERIODID4) and then there are one or more of the following attributes selected as non-root in the time dimension of the planning level: PERIODID3, PERIODID2 and/or PERIODID1. Those attributes are higher in the time dimension than Cal Week and should not be selected for the planning level as those other time attributes can't be aggregated from PERIODID4.
