CIF_ORDER_INBOUND BAPI delete and update PO Components and Operations

Hi Dears,

please help me in the following topic: I'm trying to acquire knowledge about the BAPI

CIF_ORDER_INBOUND, in our scenario we don't have APO but just ECC, so please consider that I'm just interested in updating the PO components and Operations.

The PO creation with this BAPI is working fine but the update/deletion does not.

Could you please give me an example on how to populate correctly the field structure just in order to test it in the correct way?

Hi gurus, any idea on helping about this topic? I'm aware that the CIFMETHOD for PO creation must be 'N', while the Producion Order stands for OBJECTTYPE = '6', as we checked from the admitted values...But we've still many doubts regarding the other fields of the structures how must be populated. Please advise,

Hello Bob,

In my opinion is not so common use this BAPI in this way

Normally the APO use this BAPI without any customer development (we change only the user-exits)

But maybe is a good solution

I will try to stop the queue and take a exemple
