CIF error of double input/output nodes for Sales Order

Hi Experts,

I am getting error in CQ as below:--

The error is:

"Customer requirement XXXXXXXXXX 900004 0000: SAP liveCache problem, return code = 79"

"Doubled input/output nodes"

I am not getting any solution for this and so I need to delete this from the queue daily.

I need to know the reason so that queue is not blocked because of this.

Thank you for your answer.

The OSS note that you are suggesting is for "Purchase Orders".

I am getting this error in CIF of "Deliveries" and only for few products so not sure if something is missing for these affected products.
