Check if TU is Create or Change in SAP EWM

We need to trigger IDOC based on TU create or change in Schedule condition PPF. Can you suggest me the right structure or class to find if it is TU create or change.

Tried with this class but not able to find which is the right structure/method/attribute to identify if it is TU create or change. Can you let me know if you have used it already.
