CHARM and CTS - Transport fail analysis

Hi All,

We have Solman 7.1 system, PO 7.5 system and NWDI 7.4 system.

We are using CTS+ configured in PO with CHARM in Solman to transport objects.

While importing transports several times we have seen that TR get failed with any reason but Solman Transport import log does not show much details and sometimes correct error in STMS logs.

So I am looking for some information like in case any transport fails with our scenario what all files in PO and Solman and in case any TR using NWDI system also, we can check to troubleshoot our transport fail cause.

In Charm the change document (e.g. urgent change/normal change) has an application log, and that should provide information on transport failures. I've seen RFC logons expire, tasks not released, etc - those appear in the application log. On the backend system you can use transaction SM21 too
