Charge classification and charge due "Due Carrier" are not compatible

Hello Experts,

I am trying to create rate tables and using charge types FBXX , but I am facing issue while saving this table as the system gives error "Charge classification and charge due "Due Carrier" are not compatible"

In my case the charge due is 'Due Carrier' which is setup in the charge type.

Any idea where we maintain this relatio

n between Charge type and Charge Due to be allowed within rate tables ?

Hi Gopal,

Please check if the following note is applicable for your TM version:

2347396 - Charge Due field is not Editable

If this is not applicable, then please create an incident so we can analyze in more depth.
