If my Base freight = 100 , discount = 85% of base freight and Minimum value = 50 While charge calculation in FWO, system should first calculate discount and compare its value with Minimum, which ever is greater system should add a fuel surcharge value 30 to it. As per the above scenario, system should propose a 115 I.e 85% of 100 = 85 85 > 50 So , 85 + 30 = 115
