Change to error message for SAP message MM_PUR_SES 036

HI Team, 

I would like to change the message MM_PUR_SES_036 from warning message to error message in S4 Hana Cloud Public Edition, could anyone advise how to proceed it.

As I know, the SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition doesn't allow message type changes like the On-Premise version due to its standard solution nature.
