Change Operation Time in Production Order and update APO

Hello,

I'm quite new to planning activities and APO, I hope some of the gurus give me some advice and guide me to my biggest issue:

If I change the operation time and/or setup time in an exisiting production order (co02 in R3), the updated values are not visible in the planning table (APO).

Example

Changing operation time from 1 min/piece to 2 min/piece in production order 123456 -> save -> refresh planning table -> Nothing's changed

For this special case, I don't want to change the in the routing operation time.
